Commonwealth Information Systems
licenses two software programs - CRCS© and Waybill Tools©. These tools are designed to help shippers set negotiating goals that are both aggressive and realistic.

CRCS is a rail traffic cost analysis tool based on URCS costing methods. It provides shippers with a way to determine the percent markup over cost that is built into their freight rates.

Waybill Tools is a database based on the Public Waybill Sample. It generates competitive analysis reports that show the typical rail rates charged to other shippers for moving similar products as the client.
