Commonwealth Logistics is a consulting firm established in 1982 which has provided a broad range of services including strategic, tactical and operational consulting for shippers and has developed proprietary software, processes, methods and procedures in the field of logistics.

David Hall

President

David Hall handles negotiations with rail carriers including contract preparation, and supervises competitive benchmark studies, rail operations studies, and rail costing analysis. David previously worked for A. T. Kearney, Inc. Management Consultants, the Illinois Commerce Commission, M. L. Hall & Associates, and G. W. Fauth & Associates, Transportation Consultants. David began Commonwealth Consulting Associates in Virginia, and has operated in the Houston area for over 25 years.

David graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Richmond in 1977, and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Houston in 1986.

Cindy Calvillo

Logistics Services Manager

Cindy Calvillo manages the Logistics Services Division for Commonwealth Logistics. These services include freight rate studies and the evaluation of potential savings, optimization of rail and truck routes and mode. In addition, Logistics Services develops target rates and provides rail cost analysis in preparation for contract negotiations, and during contract maintenance and administration. Cindy's division also oversees railcar traffic movements for the purposes of expediting, diverting or reconsignment; locates and prepares off-site railcar storage leases; resolves freight invoice disputes and handles the filing of loss and damage claims.

Cindy has been employed in the transportation industry for over 30 years, 12 of those years at Commonwealth Logistics. Prior to Commonwealth, Cindy was employed with Shell Oil Company's Land Transportation Department.

Jeremy Hall, Esq.

Associate

 

 
Jeremy Hall oversees contract drafting and development and assists in negotiation and implementation of the agreements for Commonwealth and on behalf of clients. He also assists in business development.

Jeremy received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2009 and his B.A. in Political Science from The George Washington University in 2006. He is licensed to practice law in the state of New York.
