Commonwealth Consulting Associates was established in 1982 to provide management consulting services with an emphasis on distribution economics and operations. We help our clients optimize operations and decrease costs which enables them to strengthen competitive positions and increase margins.  Commonwealth accomplishes this through benchmarking, competitive analysis, negotiation support, and redesign studies encompassing distribution organization, procedures, operations and facilities.  We also provide implementation support in each of these areas for those clients who require it.

Commonwealth Consulting Associates, Commonwealth Logistics and Commonwealth Information Systems comprise the Commonwealth Group. During it's twenty-eight year history, Commonwealth has provided services for many shippers and railroads.

Recent Representative Experience

2010 - Negotiating with Class I Railroad and Shipper to execute an ethanol terminal contract extension.

2009 - Lead consultant on the settlement of an international contract dispute.

2009 - Lead consultant handling all rail relationship strategies for major plastics shipper.

2009 - Lead consultant for transloading terminal contract development and negotiation in Chicago, IL area.

2009 - Developed Industry Track Agreements for several clients.
